In House Design Team Minimize
Triumph has a team of full time in house designers with over 5 years experience in custom team apparel designing. A designer will be assigned to you who will take care of your artwork from start to print ready. We will work on your original ideas from a rough sketch or your digital files. You can download templates from the Download Center on this site.
 
Please take note that as a manufacturer - Triumph Logo will appear on the chest of your tops and front and back of all bottoms.
 
6 Step Easy Ordering Process
  1. Call us at + 91 9913422522 for ship time.
  2. Recieve due dates for your artwork, order and 50% deposit. 
  3. A designer will be assigned to you for to bring your ideas to life.
  4. Order your sizing samples if required.
  5. Your Designer wiil contact you regarding your design, one week before your ship date. Design artwork will be sent to you for your review and approval.
  6. Customer service will contact you during your week of shipment to verify your shipping information and balance payment.

Your order will ship on time.

 
Reorders Minimize

Advance Planning - Our production facility is usually extremely busy so to have your orders on time we recommend that you reserve your spot atleast 2 months in advance to gurantee timely delivery. Minimum requirement is only 24 units for first order and 12 units per like item on all Re orders.

Price Matching - We will match the original price per item for your reorder based on your original order pricing regardless of quantities. This applies to orders delivered within the same season: march. 1 through Nov. 30. Orders after this time are considered new orders.

Example - If your original order was 100 speed suits at 2500 Rs, your reorder of 12 Speed Suits jerseys will still be 2500 Rs (as long as there are no artwork changes).

Q: What are your timelines?
A:

8 weeks from order entry, 5 weeks from proof/order approval

  • First proof provided 1 week after order entry
  • Customer will have 48 hours to respond with revisions
  • Sugoi will provide revisions within 24 hours
  • Approval due, including revision process, 1 week after first proof

Timelines will increase for orders not approved within 1 week from first proof. All orders require 5 weeks in production from approval.

The timeline does not begin until all order requirements, listed below, are met and the order is entered into the system.

Q: What do you need to place an order?
A:
  1. Deposit (check, demand draft or wire transfer)
  2. Styles/Quantities (sizes)
  3. Vector artwork

Without any one of the 3 requirements an order cannot be placed into the system.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% deposit at the time of placing the order - balance at the time of dispatch.
Q: What are your minimums?
A:
  • 24 units per style for the first two styles on an order, 12 units for all additonal styles on the same order.

    Single units are available - please call the Custom Sales team for details.

    1. Style A = 24 unit minimums (Example: Speed Suit ).
    2. Style B = 24 unit minimums (Example: Track Suit ).
    3. Style C = 12 unit minimums (Example: Racing Jackets).
    4. Style D = 12 unit minimums (Example: T Shirts/Race Jersey/Arm Warmer).
Q: Do you have Volume Pricing?
A:
  • Cost depends on the total units ordered
  • Price breaks are 1, 12, 24, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000+
  • 1 Price = 199 Units
  • Orders over 200 units, price based on colour.

Q: What is your re order pricing?
A:
Reorder Policy: You can reorder within 6 months of receiving original order with no changes to styles or artwork.

Minimums for reorders are 12 units per style.

Examples:
  1. Original order of 200 units @ 200 unit pricing
  2. Reorder of 24 units will receive 200 unit pricing
  3. Reorder pricing is based on gross unit amount.
  4. Promotional discounts (e.x. National special) do not carry over on reorders.
Q: What Artwork Format do you require?
A:

Triumph requires vector art for best results, high resolution images (or bitmap images) and can be used along with your vector art. If vector art cannot be provided there may be art charges applied.

Q: What is the difference between Vector, Raster and Bitmap?
A:

Typically the vector art we require is created using Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw and must come with the following file extensions: .eps .ai .pdf
Bitmap art is commonly created using Adobe Photoshop and must come with the following file extensions: .tif .psd .jpg

Vector Artwork
Please provide Vector artwork for logos and text, it is required for our production purposes to produce high-quality graphics in print with smooth edges.
Vector drawings are comprised of floating anchor points set at specific coordinates on a page with segments connecting them together, creating a framework of paths. They can easily be repositioned and re-shaped, as well as their colour changed with a click of the mouse.

Bitmap Artwork
Bitmap artwork is permitted only if it is to be used as a photographic effect. Bitmap, termed for a "map of bits", is a rectangular grid that make up an image. Like checkerboards or parquet flooring, these grids are made up of little squares called pixels or samples.
A bitmap image is resolution-dependant, which means the quality of the image is affected by how small the pixels are and how many are in the image. The higher the resolution, the better the quality of the image and the more details it will contain. The resolution is calculated according the number of pixels within a square inch.
Please note that the quality of an image can not be improved by increasing it''s resolution because the bits of information required for filling in the finer details is missing.

Q: Do you have templates?
A:

Yes, all templates can be found on our downloads page or by contacting your inside sales rep.

Q: How do I use your templates?
A:

Please drop your artwork into the Artwork layer, and leave the Pattern Template layer locked. This is to prevent the template objects from getting mixed in with your artwork.

The following instructions will also appear within the template files.

  • The artwork is used to produce the garments full size range. Please provide enough artwork to fill the largest size parameters. If ordering small sizes, please position all important logos within the XS dotted line areas.
  • Placing your artwork at the size provided will enable the Triumph artists to easily transfer it to their pattern templates.
  • When sized in proportion to these templates, Photoshop bitmap images should have a minimum resolution of 150 dpi in order to encourage quality reproduction. A Photoshop document with all layers intact is the ideal format.
  • Triumph logos are standard placement. Please do not move or re-size them, though you do have a limited ability to apply your own colours to the logo and it''s offset in order to match your design.
  • Make your choice of colours from our chart available on this documents Swatches palette. Pantone equivalents have been provided in order to give an idea of the final printed colour. Due to the nature of the printing and sublimation processes, our printing inks may not exactly match the Pantone equivalents. However, fabric swatches of each colour are available upon request.
  • Send your artwork by e-mail to design@triumphskates.com on a CD-R, or upload larger artwork onto our ftp server by the following instructions.

Q: Do you charge for Artwork?
A:
If logos or art cannot be provided in vector format the following charges may apply:
