THE SAMURAI is ALSO designed and made by NEIL PIPER genius chemist who gave Cannibals, Witch doctors, Rollo, Strada, Matter wheels. Keeping the Indian tracks and road conditions in mind and giving its rival the CANNIBALS a run for its money NEIL created the SAMURAI in a better configuration of chemistry and gave a new definition of hard and soft material used. It took almost 6 months for NEIL to better his creation. But once he finalized on the chemistry he came out with SAMURAI. The soft Samurai can be used on slippery and semi-slippery floors while the hard Samurai can be used on the semi-slippery to non slippery circuits.
